When utilizing public transport where TICKEY is supported, the application detects the type of vehicle and route. Based on the user's travel profile, it recommends the most suitable ticket option for the journey. Users have the flexibility to update their travel profile to include additional travelers, which will generate new ticket proposals. Confirming a purchase is as simple as tapping on a prominently displayed green button.
Upon successful purchase, users will receive their mobile tickets, which can be conveniently accessed at faregates. It is important to present these tickets to ticket inspectors when requested for verification.
